Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little ones to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. Please note that custom-made items and final sale clearance pieces are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
